By accessing or using fountain-ofyouth.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By using the Site you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are accessing it from a jurisdiction where free-to-play social casino entertainment is lawful. 3. No Real-Money Gambling
Fountain of Youth is a free-to-play social casino. All games use virtual Golden Droplets. Golden Droplets have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for real money, prizes, goods, or services of any kind. Use of the Site does not constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 or any equivalent legislation. No purchase is ever required or available.
4. Virtual Currency
Golden Droplets are granted to you for entertainment purposes only. They belong to Fountain of Youth Studios Ltd. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual currency balances at any time without notice or liability. Any accumulation of Golden Droplets creates no legal rights, financial interest, or entitlement of any kind.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Site.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site's infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with games or collect Droplets.
- Misrepresent your age or identity to gain access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Fountain of Youth brand, Dewdrop mascot, game designs, visual assets, text, and code — is the property of Fountain of Youth Studios Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fountain of Youth Studios Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its content. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed £100 in any 12-month period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
